Products
Your plan includes a fixed number of unique products. Once a product is translated, it permanently counts toward your plan limit, even if later updated, re-translated, or deleted. After that, you can update or re-translate it freely without using additional product quota, ensuring predictable pricing as you refine your content.
Languages
Each language is counted once when you first translate into it and permanently counts toward your plan limit. After that, you can continue translating into the same language without increasing your language count, allowing you to freely expand and update content at no extra cost.
Chars / month
Characters are measured based on the amount of source text sent to AI for translation during each billing cycle. Your monthly quota resets based on your subscription start date. Only new or updated content is counted — previously translated content is cached and does not consume additional quota.
Support
All paid plans include email support. Growth and above receive priority responses. Enterprise subscribers get a dedicated support channel with faster turnaround.

Growth and above can vote on upcoming features to help shape our roadmap. Higher-tier plans carry more weight in prioritization. We review all submissions and prioritize based on demand and feasibility — while we can't guarantee every request, your input directly influences what we build next.
