Products
Each plan includes a fixed number of unique products. Once a product is translated, it counts toward your plan limit even if you later update, re-translate, or delete it. After that, you can keep updating the same product without consuming additional product quota.
Languages
A language counts once when you first translate into it and then remains part of your plan usage. After that, you can continue translating into the same language without increasing your language count.
Chars / month
Character usage is based on the amount of source text sent to AI during each billing cycle. Your monthly quota resets on your subscription cycle date, and cached content does not consume quota again.
Support
All paid plans include email support. Growth and above receive faster priority responses, while Enterprise subscribers get a dedicated support channel.
Feature voting
Growth and above can request and vote on upcoming improvements, including workflow and coverage priorities. Higher-tier plans carry more weight in prioritization.
